We reserve the right to cancel the event in unforeseen circumstances with a full refund.
Once your booking has been confirmed there will be no refund unless the event is cancelled.
The My Haunted Manor building is covered in night-vision cameras. These will be recording the events of the night. By attending the event you agree that you waive all rights for your image to be used in the My Haunted branding and and in any future endeavor of My Haunted brand including the online episodes or being live streamed online.
Drugs or alcohol is not permitted at My Haunted Manor. Guests believed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be asked to leave the event without refund.
Whilst the team have done their utmost to keep you safe from any spirits during your stay, in the event of any adverse effects caused by this you take full responsibility of your action in attending a night at My Haunted Manor.
As a genuine paranormal investigation, any guest thought to be staging or faking any events during their night at My Haunted Manor will be asked to leave without refund.
My Haunted Manor takes place at night in an old building that can be dark and cold. In the interest of health and safety we request that all guests bring a small torch and to wear suitable footwear and warm clothing.
Guests attend My Haunted Manor at their own risk and we cannot accept responsibility for any accidents or damage to personal belongings.
My Haunted Manor operates a strict no smoking policy.
No weapons of any kind are permitted at My Haunted Manor. Including but not limited to knifes and firearms.
Due to the nature of the episodes and the number of bookings at the venue, we can not guarantee anyone will be in an episode of My Haunted Manor, the editors reserve the right to include or not include any part of your night.
By purchasing a ticket for My Haunted Manor you hereby accept these terms and conditions and agree that the organisers are not legally liable for any claims, damages, costs, penalties, actions, demands, proceedings, any kind of legal suits, losses or expenses related to or arising out of the injury to or the death of any person(s), or damage to any property involved in the event activities or premises.
