Terms and Conditions for My Haunted Locations

Age Restrictions:
My Haunted Manor: 18+ years of age. Photo ID showing proof of age may be required.

General Terms:

We reserve the right to cancel any event in unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided.
Once your booking has been confirmed, no refund will be issued unless the event is canceled by us.
All My Haunted USA locations are equipped with night-vision cameras that record the events of the night. By attending any event, you agree to waive all rights to your image being used in My Haunted branding and any future endeavors of the My Haunted brand, including online episodes or live streaming.
Drugs or alcohol are strictly prohibited at My Haunted Manor. Guests suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be asked to leave the event without a refund.
Whilst the team have done their utmost to keep you safe from any spirits during your stay, in the event of any adverse effects caused by this you take full responsibility of your action in attending a night at My Haunted Manor.
As genuine paranormal investigations, any guest suspected of staging or faking events at My Haunted Manor will be asked to leave without a refund.
My Haunted Manor takes place at night in an old building that can be dark and cold. For health and safety, we recommend that all guests bring a small flashlight and wear suitable footwear and warm clothing.
Guests attend My Haunted Manor at their own risk, and we cannot accept responsibility for any accidents or damage to personal belongings.
My Haunted Manor operates on a strict no-smoking policy. There are dedicated smoking areas outside.
No weapons of any kind, including but not limited to knives and firearms, are permitted at either My Haunted Manor.
The editors reserve the right to include or not include any part of your night.
By purchasing a ticket for My Haunted Manor, you hereby accept these terms and conditions and agree that the organizers are not legally liable for any claims, damages, costs, penalties, actions, demands, proceedings, any kind of legal suits, losses, or expenses related to or arising out of injury to or the death of any person(s), or damage to any property involved in the event activities or premises.
